What is the 5280 Pantry Project?

The 5280 Pantry Project is the vision and dream of Chef Joe Hsu. Having spent a number of years living and working in Colorado, Chef Joe is bringing just a bit of Colorado flavor to Indiana with the 5280 (Elevation of Denver, CO) Pantry Project.
