COMMISSARY RATES/POLICIES

Hours of Operation:

Prime Time: 8 AM to 8 PM - 7 days a week

1-10 Hours a Month $25/HR
11-25 Hours a Month $20/HR
26+ Hours a Month $18/HR

Off-Prime: 8 PM to 8 AM – 7 days a week

1-10 Hours a Month $20/HR
11-25 Hours a Month $18/HR
26+ Hours a Month $15/HR

Storage:

Depending upon availability and use of kitchen

Dry Storage – Per Shelf $5/Month

Cooler Storage – Per Shelf $20/Month

Freezer Storage – Per Shelf $20/Month

Reservations:

Reservations are accepted for the current month and the next calendar month and depend on availability. Reservations can be made via email at 5280pantryproject@gmail.com or by calling 317-537-2705. You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance, but please only book for the time you reasonably expect to use. Any cancellation within a 72 hour period will be recorded as reserved.

Security Deposit & Insurance:

Anyone reserving the kitchen space will be required to have a 5280 Pantry Project Rental Agreement on file along with proof of liability insurance with 5280 Pantry Project listed as an additional insured. There is a non-refundable $50 security deposit due with the rental agreement.

Licensing:

Anyone using the kitchen space must have a valid Hamilton County health permit. Contact the Hamilton County Health Department to apply for your permit and request an inspection at our facility. If you are currently using another commercial kitchen, you will need to advise the HCHD to close your current permit file.

Cleaning & Sanitation:

Clean as you go! Anyone using the kitchen space is responsible for cleaning the kitchen, equipment, tables, and floors after use. 5280 Pantry Project will provide cleaning supplies and is responsible for the regular deep cleanings required by the Hamilton County Health Department.
